Sometimes what holds us back from our goals is being completely honest with ourselves. This leads to frustation and confusion when we don’t see the results we’re hoping for. One common pitfall is overeating the “healthy” version of unhealthy foods. It’s not about avoiding these foods, but calling it what it is. A healthy diet can and should include lots of produce, but also fried chicken and enormous burritos! We just want to avoid relying on them for a large portion of our regular nutrition.
