It feels like Alyssa has been a member here for years. She has become such an integral part of our community. Her drive and commitment throughout her pregnancy and postpartum journey is truly inspirational. Whether she and her husband come with the baby or come separately, Alyssa has made it a point to be consistent and is a regular on our committed club every month! She makes it a priority to meet new members and is always quick to tell them why they CAN do CrossFit. We love the positive attitude you bring in here each and every day and your willingness to take on a challenge. 1. What were your goals when you started CrossFit?
When I started CrossFit, truly, my only goal was to give it a fair chance and show up 3-4x a week.
2. How long have you been at Free Will CrossFit?
Just celebrated my one year anniversary at Free Will!
3. What is one health/fitness goal that you plan to achieve in the next 6 months?
I’m coming for that 14” box and maybe push myself to run further distances! I’m excited to really hone in on my nutrition and continue to explore different foods!
4. What do you do for a living?
I’m a Clinical Nurse Specialist at Lehigh Valley- Cedar Crest.
