Sometimes the coaches have a difficult time deciding who the member of the month should be. We often have a shortlist of people that we are considering, but this month, Tori was at the top of all of our lists. We’ve been so impressed with her growth in classes, including some particularly beautiful squat cleans in class the other day!! No matter the workout she shows up with a positive mindset and a willingness to learn. We are so glad that you made the jump a year ago to try CrossFit!

1. What were your goals when you started CrossFit?

I didn’t come into CrossFit with many goals because I did not know what to expect from this type of workout regimen. I just wanted to get moving and have structure when doing so.

2. How long have you been at Free Will CrossFit?

I started at the end of August of 2023!I just surpassed my one year mark not too long ago. 

3. What is one health/fitness goal that you plan to achieve in the next 6 months?

I want to work on my push press and get my one rep max to 75lbs (currently at 60lbs). I also want to improve on my cardio. 

4. What do you do for a living?

I’m a registered nurse at LVHN on a medical surgical floor. 

5. You have control of the music. What artists/songs will dominate the playlist?

Taylor Swift all day everyday
