What you need:

  • Asparagus
  • Peeled and deveined shrimp
  • Lemon juice
  • Minced garlic
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 TBSP Butter

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Drizzle olive oil, salt, and pepper on asparagus and shrimp. Toss until everything is evenly coated.
  3. Arrange asparagus and shrimp on a baking sheet
  4. Melt the butter, then add lemon juice and minced garlic. Brush on everything!
  5. Bake for ~12 minutes or until the shrimp is cooked and asparagus is tender.
  6. Optional: Brush with butter again halfway through cooking
