What you need:
- Asparagus
- Peeled and deveined shrimp
- Lemon juice
- Minced garlic
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 TBSP Butter
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Drizzle olive oil, salt, and pepper on asparagus and shrimp. Toss until everything is evenly coated.
- Arrange asparagus and shrimp on a baking sheet
- Melt the butter, then add lemon juice and minced garlic. Brush on everything!
- Bake for ~12 minutes or until the shrimp is cooked and asparagus is tender.
- Optional: Brush with butter again halfway through cooking
